Martha in Garland called us worried about some new cracks popping up around the front side of her house where her kitchen was located. The home had recently been remodeled and she was obviously worried that the foundation problems might mess up a lot of the new stuff. We did a thorough inspection and discovered that the front of the house might be moving more than we want it to causing the problems she sees. So our solution was to drive down piers to support this portion of the house on the load bearing strata which will help keep it more stabilized.
This project was quick, affordable, and easy for both us and Martha. Now she can rest easy knowing that her new house won’t start breaking down!
