It’s never a good idea to trick your way into selling a home. Buyers will surely be meticulous when it comes to finding a home with little to no issues as possible. Otherwise, you might be dealing with negotiations and it could really affect the sale value of your home.
Whatever issues it has, it’s better to fix and resolve them before selling to maintain or even increase its value. This home in Denison had such issues. They had a plumbing leak in the interior of the home. There were also some slopes in the floors, doors that weren’t fitting properly into the frame, and some cracks in certain areas.
Lifting and Stabilizing the Home with PT3 Piers
When they called us about these problems, we figured we needed to install 6 PT3 steel piers to lift and stabilize the home.

As we were excavating indoors, we discovered the pipe that caused the leak. We left the hole open so that our client’s plumber can repair the said pipe.

Upon installing our PT3 piers, we were able to see considerable improvement in the malfunctioning doors.

We were able to finish the work just in time for our client to meet their closing date. The new owner is planning to renovate, so we were able to work fast on an empty home. Plus, we saved our client some expenses with the plumber by leaving out the hole for the damaged pipe.
