Upon further inspection, we found out that the left side of the house from the front corner to the back needed to be lifted and stabilized. In addition, we have to re-repair the area we worked on before.
We installed 13 concrete pressed pilings, which we also call our PT2 system, along the left side of the house. We also adjusted 3 of the existing piers we previously installed.

As a result, the areas of the house where the foundation settled a bit are lifted and stabilized again. This home has been up for about 18 years. No doubt that with the homeowners’ quick action and the help of the new piers, they can enjoy their home for much longer.
