However, it can be inevitable for your property to incur damages along the years of residing in it. Damage, such as cracks in the walls and floors, can lower the value of your treasured home. This can also be a cause of anxiety for homeowners, especially because it compromises the reliability of the house’s foundations.

Bedford Home Investor Needed Help with Wall Cracks and Slopes
We received a call from a home investor in Bedford, Texas, who needed our expertise in foundation repair. In this case, the problem was the slopes that you could feel when walking around the house. There was also visible damage to the brick and sheetrock of the walls.

The damage was mostly caused by the large tree that was extremely near the house’s foundation, as well as years of letting this problem persist.

The owner had just recently bought the house as they are planning to remodel and put it up for sale, so they wanted the repair to be as cost-effective as possible. To stay within our client’s budget, we went with our most affordable solution, which was installing 31 of our state-of-the-art PT1 System.
The PT1 System method is a reliable way of providing support to house foundations with the use of solid concrete pressed piling. It is highly popular because it is quick, efficient, and doesn’t cost as much as other repair piling methods.

To install the concrete pressed pilings, our team opened up all the holes, both outside and inside the house. We also took up the flooring for the interior piers. The procedure is beneficial for the client because it was already part of their remodeling plan.
Interestingly, we were able to lift the left side of the house by 3 inches, which is more than what we normally do. Aside from solving the initial problems and getting the house level, our process also prevents the risk of future foundation and erosion problems.

As promised to the client, we completed the project in 3 days. They were able to quickly schedule other contractors to come in right after we finished the repair. To get a better look at the house after the repair, you can visit this link.
