First, we installed our PT2 system to lift and stabilize their sinking foundation. We had to do concrete breakouts during the installation. Had an amateur company handled this, the beauty of the home’s exterior would have been ruined.
Since we’ve handled many projects like this before, we did a great job square-cutting the edges and matching the texture as much as possible.
Second, we installed a root barrier that would target the specific cause of their failing foundation. This barrier will protect the concrete piers as well as any areas of the foundation that didn’t have any installed. The spot where we needed to place the root barrier was a pretty tight fit, but our team was able to expertly squeeze it in without damaging our client’s retaining wall or sidewalk.
