Aside from putting up some plastic to protect the back area of the house from dirt, we had no problems working on this home because our client has completely moved out. Most of the indoor furniture was cleared.
We worked simultaneously around the perimeter of the house and inside, including fixing the cracks around some windows.
Everything went as planned and we were able to finish the work within 3 days. It was quick enough for our client to be able to get the floors repaired before their closing date.
